However, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive the wrong item, or if your bag is damaged in transit, you are covered—we will make it right promptly (replacement, or refund, depending on the case).
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve this quickly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We assure you won't be disappointed with your decision.
